You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns outside this window.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect – we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If you're returning for any other reason (change of mind, ordered the wrong item, etc.) – return shipping is your responsibility.


🛠 Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear shows up broken or not working properly, contact us within 30 days. We’ll arrange return shipping at no cost to you. Once we inspect the item, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund—including original shipping costs.


🔄 Changed Your Mind?

No problem. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. You’ll just need to cover the return shipping cost. Once we receive the item and confirm it’s unused and in resaleable condition, we’ll issue a refund minus any shipping fees.


💵 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll send you an email confirmation and begin the refund process. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 7 business days—though banks or credit card providers may take slightly longer.
