⏱️ How long does it take to ship my order? When will I receive it?
We move fast. Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days, and you can expect delivery within 4–7 business days in most cases. If an item takes longer to ship, we’ll note that directly on the product page. Delays are rare—but if they happen, we’ll keep you in the loop. ❌ Can I cancel my order?
Yes—if your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it for a full refund. Just email us right away at support@ruggedventure.com. Once your item has shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
📦 What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect your package when it arrives. If there’s visible damage to the box or product, make a note when signing for delivery—or write “suspected damage” if you’re unable to inspect it fully. If anything is damaged, send photos to support@ruggedventure.com, and we’ll take care of a replacement or compensation immediately.

📝 Can I change my order after placing it?
