What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your gear arrives with any damage—even cosmetic damage to the box—please note it when signing for delivery. If you're unable to inspect the contents at the time, write “suspected damage” on the delivery receipt.

Should your item be damaged, send clear photos to support@ruggedventure.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund—usually within one business day. Your trust means everything to us, and we’ll make it right.
